The Role:

As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guests staying with us. Your responsibilities extend beyond maintaining a tidy room; you contribute significantly to the overall guest experience. This position demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to upholding the high standards of our establishment.

Room Cleaning and Maintenance:

· Thoroughly clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.

· Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure the overall presentation of the room meets the hotel's quality standards.

· Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.

Attention to Detail:

· Pay meticulous attention to detail in cleaning and arranging each room to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests.

· Ensure all items in the room, including furniture and decor, are properly positioned and in good condition.

Guest Interaction:

· Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, providing assistance when needed.

· Be knowledgeable about hotel services and amenities, offering information and assistance to enhance the guest experience.

Stocking & Health and Safety:

· Restock guest room supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and linens, ensuring an adequate supply is always maintained.

· Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

· Adhere to hotel security measures and report any suspicious activities or safety concerns promptly.

About You:

· Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a related field is preferred.

· Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting.

· This position involves working in guest rooms and may require exposure to cleaning chemicals. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
